COOKIE POLICY

Effective 15 October 2026. Version 1.0.

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on this website, what they do, and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains everything else we do with personal information.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We also use technologies that work similarly – pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits – and we refer to all of them as “cookies” here.

Some are set by us. Others are set by the third parties whose services we use, and those parties may receive information about your visit directly. Where that happens we name the party in the register below.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary. These make the site work – keeping your session, remembering your cookie choices, protecting our forms from spam, and balancing traffic across our servers. We don’t ask consent for these because the site can’t function without them, but we still tell you they’re there.

Analytics. These tell us which pages people read, how they arrived, and where they lose interest. We use this to improve the site. They don’t run until you consent.

Advertising. These let us show Audacia campaigns to relevant audiences and measure whether they worked. They involve sending identifiers to advertising platforms, who may combine them with information they already hold. They don’t run until you consent.

We don’t use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors for sale, and we don’t use them to make decisions about you.

Your choices

On this site. Use the cookie preference centre at audaciaaudio.com/cookies/preferences. You can change your mind at any time, and the link sits in the footer of every page. Turning a category off stops the relevant cookies from being set going forward; cookies already on your device stay until they expire or you clear them.

In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of this site.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We honour both signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and advertising cookies.

Opting out at the platform. Some advertising platforms offer their own opt-outs, which apply across every site using them. Where a platform in the register offers one, we link to it beside that platform’s name.
